Lexicon's ability to join Insignia Financial's agile delivery teams on any project is commendable. When Insignia Financial wanted to release our first mobile app, Lexicon boosted our capability and helped coordinate all the moving pieces. As a result of this collaboration, the app was delivered on time and has set up Insignia Financial with the ability to extend and iterate on future builds.

Working with and assisting advisers in a highly regulated environment requires us to request documents that contain sensitive information. Traditionally this could be posted in, emailed or uploaded via third party systems. Working with the Lexicon team to bring a document upload capability into our secure portal has enabled a seamless and efficient channel to transfer documents securely for advisers.

Creating Australia’s first sporting NFT marketplace

We were the startup squad for an innovation arm of a sports entertainment company to launch an NFT Marketplace. We led the discovery and build and within four months it was launched to market in time for the racing spring carnival. The magic that brought it all together was the mindset of the team to rapidly experiment and adapt to changing needs in a short period. The result was not only something functional and easy to use, it was a new experience for horse racing sports fans.

Enhancing our Logistics-client’s e-commerce experience

Working on this project was a true pleasure. Our client’s delivery standards and commitment to the work impressed us. Our teams worked seamlessly together across a range of internal initiatives. As a result of our collective efforts, we built a new and improved application that allows merchants to customise how their orders sync and fulfil. Together, we aditionally migrated existing users from the old integration into the new and improved experience.

BarnTools and the creation of BarnTalk

Our team outsourced the mobile development to Lexicon to get our customer-facing app back on track and bug-free. If you want a company that removes the fluff and delivers usable software every two weeks, don’t look any further. It was refreshing to see a company measure itself by successful software delivery. I also like how they strive to understand the business use case behind the product and how the leadership team still takes time to check in with me and our project regularly!!
